Azriel is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and has a Medicare Provider Number.

Focused Psychological Strategies and Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan and a referral to Azriel from your GP. Fees are charged at the time of your session with Medicare rebates processed overnight.

Registered Victims Support Services (NSW) provider.

Registered Worksafe Victoria provider.
